Behind the Heart and Hands
I like to say that I build beauty the way some build arguments… with intention, intuition, and a need to make something true.
In 2023, I decided to found Creative Grazings by Chloe, which opened the door for so many of my grazing creations to be shared in homes and beautiful places.
Now, as I continue to embark on this journey of reclaiming what makes my soul feel at home, I find that I want to fully share my passion for instilling magic in the everyday, especially when it involves fine foods and wines.
But, injustice, in any form, never sat right with me. I have always believed that everyone deserves access. Access to fairness. Access to beauty. Access to the kind of moments that make life taste a little richer.
So, La Edible Muse is born. This is my way of balancing both of my worlds: advocacy and art, heart and appetite. Because gourmet or the “finer things” does not have to be exclusive or unattainable, and I want to prove that by sharing what I do and hopefully inspiring you in the same way.
Although my tables are built on instinct and glamoured with crystal and lace, fruits stacked like jewels, and florals tucked between ribbons of charcuterie. It is deliberate. Never stiff. It is refined, but never unreachable. Everything I make comes from intuition — that quiet knowing that flavors, textures, and people belong together.
I want to show you how to make the ordinary feel exquisite. How staples like butter, salt, and light can turn a kitchen into a moment worth remembering.
